• Spinntex EXP. A .95oz per sq/yd ripstop nylon with silicone impregnation. Spinntex EXP is stronger and more water resistant than previous Spinntex .97. EXP = Extreme Performance

• Base Line length is only six inches shorter than the ridgeline length for full coverage for two at ground level. The baseline length is the measure of real coverage above the head to below the toe.

• LineLocs on all tieout points for fast pitching and adjustment. Just pull the line and it self locks like a webbing ladder lock on a backpack shoulder strap. LineLocs can be cut off and lighter mini guyline can be used to save more weight. They can be cut off to save about .7 oz leaving a standard webbing loop.

• Premium Overall Construction: Strongest seams, tieouts, reinforcements and accessories possible. Note the 1/2" bonded area on the leading edge of all reinforcements in the detail picture. Ridgeline is a strong true flat felled d ouble stitched seam and requires minimal seam sealer that save about 1oz of sealer weight Vs other type tarps seams.

• 3 inside ridgeline hang loops with mini clips (clips removable) for hanging a bivy, glasses, bug net, bug bivy, sock line, field jerky drying, etc.

• Shape: Slight trapezoidal with catenary (curved) cut ridgeline, side, rear and front perimeters. No other super ultra light or spinnaker tarps haves both the ridge and all outside edge cat cuts for tight and quick pitching.

• Ridgeline tieout grommets are sized for our carbon fiber accessory poles with locking tips. The webbing loop in front of the grommet is sized for trek pole tips with baskets - The loop fits over the tip but not the basket.

• Front Ridgeline Tieout has the product tag for fast ID for the wide front end.

• Tieouts: 8 : Ridge lines + three on each side NOTE: Corner and center side tieouts are very strong and additional stakes for a 4th or 5th side stake point are not needed for this size tarp.

• 1.5oz Tube McNett Silnet seam sealer NOTE: We use a true flat felled French (rolled) ridgeline seam that requires only 25% as much sealer as a weaker folded and felled seams more commonly used. This tarp should only requie .2 - .3oz of sealer. You are only sealing the thread and not the seam edges. The tieout reinforcements are bonded and sewn, saving the weight and work of adding sealer there too. Tarps with only sewn reinforcements need the leading edge and stitching seam sealed for strength.
